5th Street Townhomes is a narrow-lot subdivision of 12 single-family attached townhomes grouped into three 4-plex units. All of the homes face SE 5th Street with main vehicle access through the alley that connects SE 120th Avenue internally to SE 5th Street. A private tract on the east end of the site contains additional parking stalls to serve the development.
