Creating Community means creating possibilities, solutions, and relationships; it means working with people and organizations towards our shared mission of a strong, healthy way of life for everyone.
This is why each Ginn employee is given eight hours per year to spend volunteering with local nonprofit organizations. We’re humbled to be a part of making communities whole together.
OUR MISSION
Ginn Gives’ primary mission is to support and uplift individuals and families through the provision of affordable housing. By establishing a long-term portfolio of affordable, income-generating assets, we will serve our community and local nonprofit organizations that closely align with our goal of creating a prosperous community.
FEATURED PROJECT
ALLEGRO POINTE
In 2020, Ginn Group donated the one-acre parcel of land for the first Ginn Gives project. Allegro Pointe is a community with all 50 units reserved for households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), and will provide a much-needed affordable housing solution for west Vancouver.
