FRUIT VALLEY TERRACE

Fruit Valley Terrace is the first project in a campaign for Community Roots Collaborative, a nonprofit organization that aims to provide housing for people experiencing homelessness. It has turned the property surrounding an 1870s-era railway station on Fruit Valley Road into a tiny home community with integrated support services to serve residents and their families.
When the Community Roots Collaborative was awarded two Proposition 1 grants and secured a 1.25-acre property with an existing structure, they reached out to the City of Vancouver to help them identify a project sponsor. Ginn Group was eager to step into this role to lead the development and entitlement of the property at cost. Wolf Industries of Battle Ground constructed and placed the modular tiny homes.
Completed in early 2022, the combined result is 21 permanent, tiny homes serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
