Whipple Creek Village

Whipple Creek Village is an award-winning, gated community located in the picturesque city of Ridgefield, Washington. Encompassing 181 single-family homes, it was developed and built to serve the active adult 55 and older market.

In pushing the design towards elements that promote a complete sense of livability and connection, the project combines tranquil surroundings, meandering walking paths, and fast access to major highways with high-end finishings, custom-inspired details, and vaulted ceilings in each unit.

Whipple Creek Village was completed in two phases. The first phase, Cooledge Meadows, included 40 lots with single-level floor plans. The remaining 141 homes, Whipple Creek Village, were completed during the second phase.
