One of the core goals for Allegro Pointe is to invest in the communities that make Fourth Plain a rich, culturally vibrant neighborhood by providing housing that is accessible to those who need it most.
Allegro Pointe is a 50-unit apartment building designed to provide affordable housing for residents in central Vancouver. This complex boldly carries an elevated design style, reflecting an overall sense of pride for the community. The apartments, which are a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, will be available for those earning up to 80% of the area median income (AMI). The City of Vancouver will determine the rental rates.
Allegro Pointe is the inaugural project fully funded by Ginn Gives, a Washington non-profit corporation started by Patrick Ginn and governed by an independent board of directors, which aims to serve residents through a long-term affordable housing and reinvestment program.
