Felida Overlook is a 23-acre, 45-home subdivision located in the western-most portion of the Felida community, and was the site for the 2021 NW Natural Parade of Homes. With panoramic views and an abundance of greenery woven into the neighborhood, the generously sized homesites range from 5,320 to 20,189 square feet.
