Ginn Group partnered with the Vancouver Housing Authority to actualize the Miles Terrace Apartments project in downtown Vancouver. Together, we developed and constructed 69 apartments reserved for people in our community who are 55 years and older and earn 60 percent or less of the area median income.

VHA’s mission is “to provide opportunities to people who experience barriers to housing because of income, disability, or special needs.”  Our organizations work  together to supply much-needed, affordable housing in our community.

Ginn Group developed the land and served as the project’s general contractor. Now complete, Miles Terrace is owned and operated by the Vancouver Housing Authority.
