Ginn Group teamed up with Second Step Housing to design, develop, and build 8 units of transitional housing at Neals Lane, located in the Meadow Homes Neighborhood. Ginn designed each home to include 3 bedrooms (furnished with beds), 1.5 bathrooms, and an open great room/kitchen.

Second Step’s Transitional Housing serves individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as those with financial barriers. This program serves residents through a one-on-one Housing Specialist to help them achieve financial and social self-sufficiency.

Together, Ginn Group and Second Step Housing share a commitment to provide safe and affordable housing to SW Washington residents and a strong belief in the power of community building as a force for good. This project is made possible through funding from the City of Vancouver, Clark County, and various grants obtained by Second Step Housing.
