OneTwentyUp is a proposed development that seeks to advance the City’s objective of creating 20-minute neighborhoods. The mixed-use development would provide hyper-functional, live-work units that cater to an engaged, active workforce with fluid schedules and an interactive lifestyle. In contrast to the chic, minimalist aesthetic of the apartments, the project will be supported by a complex transport, communication, and retail network.

The community plan proposes a mixed-use development with 20% of the combined floor area devoted to non-residential uses. This will include studio space and business facilities alongside the residential units. The design also features activated public spaces, such as a plaza, nestling the project into its neighborhood and inviting people in.
